Description
Soft closing
The Soft Closing function allows you to close the door easily and gently, even when your hands are full. Durable door dampers are built into the chassis for easy cleaning.
Pyrolytic Clean
The pyrolytic function heats the oven to almost 500 °C, turning stains into easily wipeable ash. Simply turn on the oven and let it do its work.
Temperature probe
The programmable thermometer is inserted into meat, fish or bread at a set temperature. The oven switches off automatically when the desired temperature is reached.
Pure steam system
ASKO steam convection ovens use the Pure Steam System to separate condensate from steam. The water is then returned to the steaming process, ensuring that the food is properly steamed.
Sous Vide program
ASKO's Sous Vide cooking programme ensures an even flow of steam at a precise temperature for a long period of time. The programme ensures perfect results every time.

Microwave stirrer fan
The microwave fan evenly distributes waves in the oven, reducing the need for a turntable. The extra space can be used to reheat large quantities of food.
Cooking on 2 levels at the same time for 45 cm ovens
The innovative design of the ASKO internal oven allows you to cook more of your favourite dishes at once. The useful space is up to 50 litres, which is more than most ovens on the market.
