Warranty obligations

the official importer of GORENJE and ASKO household appliances in Ukraine
and sells only officially imported into Ukraine!

Large household appliances purchased in the brand store are covered by an official warranty:
from the manufacturers GORENJE and ASKO – 24 months

The warranty does not cover accessories and spare parts.

The warranty begins from the moment the goods are transferred to the buyer.
The warranty card must be kept for the entire period of operation.
Before connecting, we recommend that you carefully read the user manual, check the contents of the package and make sure there is no mechanical damage.

After-sales support and quality control

After-sales support. Connection of household appliances by experienced specialists (valid in Kyiv and the Kyiv region).
Upon connection, the equipment is tested and covered by warranty from the moment of connection.
This service is available for 6 months after purchase or delivery of the equipment.
